IT Trainee
Sameera joined KCG in June 2025 after completing his Advanced Level Examination.
He is responsible for hardware management and logistics, including inventory and asset tracking, configuring, testing, and deploying data collection devices (such as tablets and other CAPI equipment), as well as troubleshooting and maintenance.
In addition, he provides support for software and application-related activities, such as installation and configuration, and contributes to technical oversight in areas like data backup, storage, and security.
Sameera has been involved in the following projects:
- Understanding and Mapping the Care Economy in Sri Lanka (Main survey)
- Building Resilience for Inclusive Growth and Holistic Transformation – BRIGHT (Second phase)
