Research Coordinator
Sulakkhana has expertise in overseeing and managing all aspects of field operations.
Her core responsibilities include coordinating and liaising with diverse stakeholders, conducting training for enumerators, and executing comprehensive data monitoring, checking, and validation to ensure high data integrity.
Furthermore, she manages the research instrument lifecycle, including translations and proofreading, and capably handles all associated administrative and logistical requirements for multiple projects.
Sulakkhana joined KCG in 2023 after earning a Bachelor's (General) degree from the University of Peradeniya.
